Through solutions groups and special task forces, the OpX Leadership Network Executive Council participates in the consistent development of work product solutions focused on solving common operational challenges. These work products are designed to address key issues within the industry that are identified through open dialogue between council members. The network’s library of solutions is developed by industry, for industry and free for all to use. Work products are developed around three key manufacturing pillars: people, process and projects.
