Bruce Williams, Director of Operational Excellence
Bruce Williams is currently Director of Operational Excellence for Barry-Wehmiller Packaging Systems. In that role, he is accountable to drive broad performance improvement across B-W Packaging Systems’ 37 global sites, by way of their Lean approach that Barry-Wehmiller calls L3; the Living Legacy of Leadership.
Bruce brings over 40 years of manufacturing operations leadership and performance improvement experience in chemical, food & beverage, plastics, and OEM equipment manufacturing. He has led multiple Lean implementations in diverse businesses, and has executed many performance improvement initiatives at both the tactical and strategic level.
Bruce has a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri, and he and his wife Theresa have five children and reside in St. Louis. In his spare time, he restores antique automobiles and researches the history of the auto industry.
Madinah Allen, Former Sr. Director, Corporate Engineering and Technology
Madinah Allen is serving as Head Coach – CapEx for the FSO Institute. In Madinah’s most recent role as Sr. Director of Corporate Engineering and Technology for Snyder’s-Lance, Inc. she developed corporate structure and governance for engineering and technology across the company to include transformational change to capital planning, project management and execution, talent acquisition and development. She was responsible for comprehensive asset management of fixed assets totaling $745+MM providing technical leadership, direction and counsel to R&D, Marketing, Commercialization and other key leadership functions. Madinah has held leadership roles with leading manufacturers including ConAgra Foods, PepsiCo-Tropicana, and Procter & Gamble.
